Monday 9th & Tuesday 10th February

Do you wanna go on a bender? Amanda & Polly make it warm & cosy…

Step 1: Remove temporary camouflage curtain over willow frame

Step 2: Wrap waterproof plastic around willow and hold with clamps

Step 3: Leaving a gap for the ‘door’….

…and a ‘chimney’ at the top – for wood smoke to escape

Step 4: Insulate the interior with blankets fixed behind willow structure (7 were needed)

Step 5: Cut lengths of string and use a lighter to seal the ends

Step 6: Wrap small pieces of masking tape around the ends to stop fraying, allowing for easy threading

Step 7: Using needle with large eye and thread, secure the plastic to the willow…

…and tie and sew the ‘thermals’ inside

Step 8: Nail plastic down to floor palettes to keep the bottom watertight and put camo fabric back on!
